On A380 from Newton Abbot

• Turn right at roundabout - A380 Ring Rd
• At next roundabout turn left signposted to 'Shiphay' and 'Abbotskerwell.
• Pass 30mph sign and entrance to Nut Bush Lane to next mini roundabout. Turn right into Upper Cockington Lane and join Nut Bush lane
• Follow Cockington Signs.
• Road turns right into Herbert road. Fairmount is on the left.
